[Newsletter] City of Elyria to start ticketing Bikers

I couldn't believe this when I saw it.

The mayor of Elyria on the news saying that bikers are not allowed in the
city Stating" if they are in the city they can walk their bikes"

No talk of a safe alternative??????

So I have contacted the news and the city of Elyria and no we are planning
two parks!

One in Berea and one in Elyria!

Hopefully Elyria will be as helpful as Berea has been.
